How Does It Work?
lPL stimulates the production of collagen and elastin, and effectively targets dilated blood vessels and redness, evening out skin tone. It works on enlarged blood vessels and pigmentation by absorbing light through hemoglobin in the vessels and melanin in the skin cells. This helps reduce vessel dilation, hyperpigmentation, redness, and even out the skin tone.
